YEP. Online coaching is one of the most profitable and low risk businesses you could have, good choice. 😉

However, at minimum, I enforce all my students use the apps and softwares in this post so they have a stream-line structure, foundation and overall professional presentation to how they do things so they can effortlessly scale UP.

Remember – if you treat your online business like a hobby – it will stay a hobby. Words to live by.

I know I probably don’t need to say this but I’m going to – please PLEASE, for your future clients’ sake – do not do everything by PDF and email. It’s a headache for them and looks unprofessional/disorganised on your part. Also, when you want to scale your business – it becomes an issue.

It’s kind of like riding a bike 🚲 cross country when you could have gotten on a ✈️⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Here are a few apps/softwares I teach my clients to use to automate their business as much as possible, while keeping overall costs down. ⁣⁣⁣⁣

🌻 Dubsado – used to create all forms; application, check-ins, contracts, etc. (P.S. I provide all these within my 90 day course for coaches).

🌻 Google Sheets – create and share your client plans in one place, add in links to exercise demos. Trainerize is a popular option as well but I never liked it.⁣⁣⁣

🌻 Zoom – used for coaching calls ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

🌻 Mailchimp – automate those emails! Sending the same emails to every client prior to their start date? Create an email sequence that does it for you each time 👌🏼⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

🌻 Canva – not a graphic designer? Cool. This is the easiest way to create graphics for yo biz. There’s plenty of templates and the possibilities are endless; Facebook cover, story highlights, ebooks, infographics etc.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
